Boxing Day Sale On Gear At Canada Olympic Park

CANADA OLYMPIC Park is offering skiers a Snowcard to save money on the lift tickets to get to the peaks. This snowcard would be like a season pass, though priced less than one of those, granting discounts on lift tickets plus benifits from the two Calgary retail shops here.

A Snowcard would cost around $39.99 canadian dollars and would give cardholders a free day of skiing or snowboarding at the Canada Olympic Park, apart from 25 per cent off on regular full day lift tickets and the four hour lift tickets. Available till January 31 in the New Year, these snowcard passes would give a 25 per cent discount on tickets for Nordic trails and the First Turns Centre for beginners at skiing and snowboarding.

It would also be beneficial for the two Calgary retail shops. While the Ski Cellar Snowboard will pay the taxes on any purchase made by Snowcard holder, the other retail outlet The Source would give Snowcard holders a $20 off on the store’s branded snowboard gear and five per cent off when buying two or more boards, boots, bindings, outerwear jackets or outerwear pants.

This offer would be running along with the Boxing Day Blowout sale, where skiiers and snowboarding looking for gear can get discounts of upto 70 per cent off.
